Email Server Maintenance at 7PM EST [Completed]

We will be performing an upgrade to the infrastructure that supports our primary email service this evening, Thurs May 22 at 7:00 PM EST and will last approximately one hour. During this time, email sending as well as access to email through webmail or IMAP will be unavailable. Incoming emails will be received by our backup environment, and automatically pushed to the primary environment after the upgrade. Customers do not need to make any changes for this maintenance. 5/22 7:08 PM EST – The upgrade is now complete and all services have returned to normal.

Email Server Maintenance at 7PM EST [Completed]

We will be performing maintenance on our main email hosting environment this evening beginning at 7:00 PM EST. Maintenance will last for about one hour. During this time webmail services will be unavailable. Email receiving will NOT be affected. All incoming emails will be queued in our backup environment and pushed to the main environment after the maintenance is complete. 5/12 7:20PM EST – The maintenance has been completed and all services are back to normal.

 

Network Connectivity Issues

Our datacenter provider is currently experiencing connectivity issues with one of their upstream providers. During this time connections may be slower until the issue is resolved. Please contact your wydraTEK representative if you have any questions. Thank you.

Scheduled Infrastructure Maintenance [Completed]

We will be performing maintenance on our primary virutalization infrastructure on Friday January 3rd beginning at 5:00 PM EST. The maintenance will last between thirty minutes to one hour as we perform proactive hardware upgrades. During this time, services may be intermittently unavailable. Redundant DNS and backup email receiving will not be affected. If you have any questions, please reach out to your wydraTEK LLC representative.

[Completed] 1/3 6:30 PM EST – The maintenance has been completed, and all services are back to normal.

Emergency Infrastructure Maintenance [Completed]

We are currently performing emergency maintenance on our primary virtualization environment. Some services may be unavailable during this time. Backup DNS and EMail receiving are unaffected. We will post updates as this maintenance progresses.

Email Server Maintenance [Completed]

We will be performing an update on our primary email infrastructure, Tony, this evening at 7:00 PM EST. During this time email sending and the web client will be unavailable. Incoming emails will not be lost. They will be received on our backup mail server, and will be synced back to Tony after the upgrade is complete. Downtime is expected to be less than 10 minutes. Customers do not need to make any changes due to this maintenance. Thank you.

[Completed] 7:30 PM EST – The maintenance has been completed and all services have returned to normal.

Email Server Maintenance [Completed]

We are currently performing maintenance on our email server, Tony. During this time email may be unavailable for a short time. Incoming emails will be queued on our backup server and be delivered when the main environment is back up.

[Completed] 9:55 AM EST – The maintenance is now complete and all services have returned to normal.

Power Issue [Resolved]

A power issue has occurred this morning, beginning at around 9:00 AM EST which caused the main virtualization platform to reset. Redundant DNS and Email MX remained up during this time. We are currently verifying which services are still unavailable and are bringing them back up. We will update this post with more information as it becomes available. Sorry for any inconvenience.

[Resolved] 10:15 AM EST – All services are now back up and running. The issue was with the main power source for the environment. New servers were being added and the unit became overloaded and reset. The proper distribution of load is now in place and there should not be any issues moving forward. If any customers are still experiencing issues, please reach out to your wydraTEK representative. Thank you.

Emergency Network Maintenance [Completed]

10/7 4:35 PM EST – We will be performing emergency maintenance on the network at our main hosting facility. Services may become unavailable for no more than a few minutes during this maintenance. We will post updates as the maintenance progresses. Thank you.

[Completed] 10/7 5:00 PM EST – The maintenance is now complete and all services are back up and running.

Emergency Email Server Maintenance [Completed]

Our email server, Tony, is going down for emergency maintenance. During this time your email client will be unavailable, however any incoming emails to you will be queued at the Backup MX server and automatically synced once Tony is back online. Users do not need to make any changes on their end.
